GREYSON of WELLINGTON

Greyson, a townhome community located in West Palm Beach required a marketing strategy that helped differentiate it within an otherwise cluttered marketplace. An omni-channel campaign was developed to drive leads into a marketing based CRM system and landing pages that increased conversion rates to 24%. Implementing video view to retargeting through social media channels drove more than 3,000 visitors monthly to the website.
