the highwaymen trailer
The Highwaymen is the story of the African American painters in the 1950s who traveled the Florida highways selling their paintings and the challenges these people faced during civil unrest and violence toward black communities. While the film did not receive the funding needed to go into production, I crafted the trailer script, scouted locations, set the scene, and photographed and filmed these moments.
