Andaz, Residences Maui at Wailea was the first of its kind under the Andaz umbrella — high-end residences that represent the values of the Hyatt group while also carving out a niche in the branded residential space. The uncomplicated vibrancy of the Andaz brand needed to be communicated through a series of touch points with a distinctive brand tone of voice.
